How to add your Travel Alert

First –

Find your place on the map where you wish to add the Travel Tip by zooming in to your desired location.

Note: You can move the pin to refine the location by double-clicking it and dragging it to a new location as well as putting in a specific address when you click the button to add details.

Second –

Double-click on your location and a blue pin will appear along with a dialog box.

If the pin is not in the exact location that you desire, then click on the pin and drag it to the correct location.

Third –

Click the button in the dialog box that says “All Set? Click here to add details”

Fourth –

Complete the details with as much information as possible and then click the “Submit for Review” button.

Note: The Tooltip Field will be the description that pops up when the pin is hovered over on the map.

Great, you are done –

We will review the Travel Alert you have submitted and then post it to the maps. You will receive an email when this is complete, so check your inbox as well as your spam box if you have not added us to your whitelist.

Note: Be patient – it might take us a day to review, as we are probably either traveling or working flights.
